STEJASA has been appointed by AALBORG ENGINEERING to supply two diverter dampers and repair guillotines for the TUPRAS RESID upgrading project. These two diverter dampers will be downstream 2 GE Frame 6B gas turbines. They will be 100% gas tight and operated via a hydraulic power unit. This new purchase order strengthens the relationship between both Companies.
Following STEJASA’s strategy to intensify its presence in the booming markets, we have been present in the WETEX 2013 exhibition. After 10 successful years in Korea, STEJASA has decided to take one step further in what is today´s most important market for Combined Cycle Power Plants. We have recently signed a strategic agreement with UNISON eTECH to work on a licensee & representative basis. Thanks to this, STEJASA’s gas turbine exhaust bypass systems, diverter dampers, gas distributors, multilouvres and guillotines will have a better penetration in this country. Therefore, it is with great honor, that we welcome UNISON eTECH to the STEJASA family.
STEJASA has appointed Jean Michel Artigas as Sales Director. Based in STEJASA´s head quarters, he will lead the international expansion already started roughly 15 years ago. Before assuming this new position, Mr Artigas gained 12 years of experience in various senior level roles in STEJASA and other EPC companies.
NOOTER/ERIKSEN ITALY, associated to NOOTER/ERIKSEN (USA), the world’s leading supplier of natural circulation HRSG, awarded STEJASA the supply of one diverter 5600 x 5600 mm damper for the project Amal PDO in Oman.
The diverter, with hydraulic actuator and 100% tightness, will be installed downstream a GE Frame 9E gas turbine. STEJASA’s scope of works will also include a ducting extension, a repair guillotine and the expansion joints.
STEJASA has a long reference list for diverter dampers, exceeding 100 units sold during last 10 years.
STEJASA has successfully completed the supply of 3 complete sets of dampers for Macchi HRSG installed at Reficar Refinery expansion project in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia).
With this contract, STEJASA enlarges its track record in the growing market of Latin America, where several contracts were signed in the past years.
Based in Cartagena, Reficar is one of the most efficient and promising refinery Plants in Colombia.
As part of important contract, of over 3.500.000 USD, STEJASA had supplied a first set of 5 diverter dampers and by-pass systems for a project located in the Middle East.

STEJASA year per year has expanded its frontiers manufacturing all over the world keeping our exceptional quality levels.
STEJASA has participated at Lubrisur Project for CEPSA. It consisted in replacing three existing fuel boilers for the set of gas turbine and heat recovery boiler.
The goal is supplying steam around 80 t/h high pressure and 11 t/h low pressure for a 40 MW electric production. This project will include an important portion of Spanish materials and equipments, with highlighted high standard of our products in a very competitive environment.
The diverter dampers designed by STEJASA will include the highest technology applied to mechanisms to guarantee the required tightness, meeting all technical specifications from our client and partner.
POWER-GEN exhibition which took place in Cologne in 2009, naturally STEJASA attended and shared expectations for new upcoming challenges.
